gazing out across the lake, another Canadian painting. I loved doing this commission! It's unusual to get to paint dogs in profile, but bullmastiffs have such beautiful heads and these two are no exception. Add the glorious colour contrasts between their coats and the blue green lake behind them and you have artist heaven! :-)
