Payment Options

UK Buyers:
I accept cheques or postal orders or you can pay with a credit card using either Nochex or PayPal. Both services are fast, secure and free to use.

International Buyers:
I can only accept credit card payments via PayPal.

Online Payments

Nochex
NoChex can be used by any customer in the UK to make an instant payment of up to £100 using your credit card. And you don't need a Nochex account to use it!

Online Security Using Paypal and Nochex
Both PayPal and Nochex encrypt data using Secure Sockets Layer protocol with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available) keeping your data secure.

PayPal and Nochex do NOT pass your card details on to the seller. Using either of these services means you can shop safely without sharing your sensitive financial information with sellers. They send me the payment but NOT your card details.

Postal Payments

Cheques
Cheques should be made payable to Denise Laurent and be in pounds sterling from a UK bank. 

Postal Orders
Postal orders should be made payable to Denise Laurent, be in pounds sterling and crossed for safety.

Please print out your order confirmation and post it to me along with your cheque or postal order to

WC1X 0ND. I will email you to confirm that I've received it. Orders will be dispatched after your cheque has cleared and I will let you know by email when your goods are on their way.

Delivery

Delivery in the UK is  via Royal Mail First Class Signed For for prints and Special delivery or Courier for paintings. Delivery overseas is by International Signed For Airmail or Airsure. I try to ship within three working days of payment and I'll let you know if its going to be any longer.

Returns

I hope you'll be delighted with your purchase. But just in case you feel you want to return something for any reason, I offer a 14 day money back guarantee. Just tell me at info@thepaintedcat.co.uk or phone me on 0207 916 3182 and then return the goods by the same method they were shipped to you, i.e. First Class Signed For/Special Delivery in the UK or International registered airmail from outside the UK and I'll give you a full refund.
